How Somai measures what it delivers
Every Somai project concludes with an execution report delivered to the client. This includes workload, attendance, attrition with reasons, and participant evaluations.
Structure always the same
Youth served
Registered, dropouts, and served, class by class.
Planning
The complete journey, lesson by lesson, with the topic and content of each session.
Content developed
What was actually worked on, with photographic records of the projects.
Attendance
Average rate per class and consolidated over the cycle.
Attrition with reasons
Each departure recorded and classified, so the client can address the cause.
Participant evaluations
Form completed by the young people themselves, with ratings for the project, the classes, their own participation, and the knowledge acquired.
Testimonials
Participants' words about the experience.
Team hours logged
When required by contract, every hour worked is logged with date, start and end times, unit, subject, and the name of the participant. In the 2021 project with AFESU, 1,860 team hours were individually documented.
That's why the numbers in this section of the website include workload, percentage, and class. These are report data, not marketing estimates.
